Bilingual On‑Site IT Support Specialist

About the role

HCLTech is seeking a bilingual on‑site IT Support Specialist to provide 24 × 5 technical assistance across its locations. The role involves break‑and‑fix, IMAC/D, preventive maintenance and VIP user support for desktop, mobile and networking environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site desktop support for Windows OS, mobile device management, video‑conferencing systems and L3 applications.
• Perform break‑and‑fix, IMAC/D activities, preventive maintenance, PC refresh and meeting‑room equipment checks.
• Provide “hands‑and‑eyes” support for servers, networks and mobile devices, including VIP assistance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, gather data, conduct GAP analysis and document cases in the ITSM system.
• Follow the Customer’s critical incident process and ensure consistent procedures across the enterprise.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of combined experience supporting desktop, mobile and networking technologies.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work independently on‑site.

Required skills

• Mobile Device Management and Mobile Web Apps (iOS, Android).
• Active Directory administration and infrastructure design.
• Advanced Windows 10 troubleshooting, including registry.
• Microsoft Office Suite (2010/2016) advanced support.
• Hardware vs. software issue diagnosis.
• Mac and networking troubleshooting.
• Microsoft Intune, Office 365, Azure MFA.
• Desktop imaging and printer support.
• Skype/Teams video‑conferencing system support.
