Boutique Manager – Luxury Fashion (Los Cabos)

About the role

The Boutique Manager leads all aspects of the luxury boutique in Los Cabos, responsible for sales generation, store operations, and the development of both the team and the client base. This role ensures that every client receives outstanding service while achieving annual sales targets across all product categories.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular management meetings to review performance, operations, and employee relations, shaping overall business strategy.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and payroll budget compliance.
• Partner with Human Resources for recruitment and hiring of sales and leadership teams.
• Organize events with the corporate office to drive traffic and maximize sales.
• Develop product knowledge in coordination with merchants and the training team.
• Maintain visual merchandising aligned with brand direction and advertising campaigns.
• Coordinate in‑store promotions, seasonal sales, trunk shows, and contests.
• Report product sell‑through and client feedback to the merchandising team.
• Manage operational processes with the Operations Manager, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and after‑sales service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and safety codes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of luxury boutique management experience.
• Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and clientele.
• Proven ability to develop, motivate, and train leadership teams and staff.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow‑through skills.
• Ability to adjust priorities and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
