Senior Account Manager – Mexico

About the role

The Senior Account Manager in Mexico City will own the Bajío region commercial strategy, driving revenue growth and building a strong pipeline of opportunities for Dematic’s portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional commercial strategy, identifying new business through cold calling, networking and market mapping.
• Lead the full sales cycle from qualification to closing, collaborating with engineering and solutions teams.
• Manage strategic customer relationships, uncovering upsell, cross‑sell and repeat business opportunities.
• Maintain disciplined CRM (Salesforce) management, forecasts and pipeline visibility.
• Monitor market trends, competition and customer needs to provide insights for growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial or mechanical engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in technical sales, industrial automation, material handling or supply‑chain solutions.
• Proven track record selling complex, long‑cycle solutions to executive‑level stakeholders.
• Advanced English proficiency.
