Channel Account Manager – Distribution Mexico

About the role

Alteryx is seeking a dynamic Channel Account Manager to expand its partner ecosystem across Mexico and the broader LATAM region. You will work closely with the LATAM distributor to recruit, enable, and grow a network of resellers that deliver the Alteryx Platform to commercial and government customers.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the LATAM distributor to build and manage a robust network of resellers in Mexico and MCLA.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard prospective resellers that align with target market needs.
• Provide training, resources, and ongoing support to enable partners to market and sell Alteryx solutions.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase market reach and penetration.
• Achieve and exceed performance targets for partner recruitment, enablement, and sales growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with distributor partners and their key resellers.
• Manage a healthy sales pipeline and proactively guide opportunities through each sales stage.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and partner‑engagement policies.
• Report regularly on channel performance, KPIs, and areas for improvement, participating in business reviews with distributor leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in channel sales, partner recruitment, and enablement within software or technology.
• Deep knowledge of Mexico’s market dynamics, business customs, and regulatory environment.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
• Self‑motivated, outcomes‑focused with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Familiarity with data analytics, BI, and AI/ML platforms, especially end‑to‑end automation solutions.
