Boutique Sales Manager – Luxury Fashion

About the role

The Boutique Sales Manager leads the Los Cabos Chanel boutique, ensuring commercial success, exceptional client experience, and flawless operational execution. This position combines team leadership with day‑to‑day boutique management, acting as the brand’s ambassador for style and service.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, select and onboard a team of 5 Fashion Advisors and 1 Stockist, aligning with Chanel standards.
• Coach and develop staff to elevate style expertise, operational discipline and client service.
• Define and implement the boutique’s business strategy, monitoring sales performance and achieving commercial targets.
• Analyse product performance, recommend assortment adjustments and optimise inventory.
• Support buying activities while respecting budget guidelines and the “One Boutique, One Story” vision.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and product presentation in collaboration with Visual Merchandising.
• Prepare and deliver regular business and operational reports to regional leadership and Head Office.
• Maintain strong client relationships, support boutique events and proactively improve the client journey.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading retail teams in luxury fashion.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting sales objectives.
• Excellent people‑management skills, including coaching, performance reviews and talent development.
• Ability to translate brand strategy into daily operational excellence.
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
