Bracing & Support Product Specialist (Hybrid Shift)

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Bracing & Support Product Specialist to deliver advanced orthopedic product technical support to internal teams, customers and end‑users. Working in a hybrid schedule, you will act as the primary point of contact for product inquiries, troubleshooting and education, helping ensure optimal patient outcomes and a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance on orthopedic bracing and support products via email, phone and Teams.
• Recommend appropriate products to customers, field sales representatives and end‑users.
• Troubleshoot complex product issues and resolve escalated customer calls.
• Document injury complaints and product issues in the Agile system.
• Educate new and existing Customer Care Associates and other Enovis staff on product features and usage.
• Assist field sales with cross‑referencing competitor products and processing custom casting orders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Quality and Sales on new product launches, updates and quality concerns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Athletic Training, Nursing or a related field.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience, preferably with orthopedic bracing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; able to work any shift between 5 am‑5 pm PST.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Reliable attendance and responsiveness to urgent requests.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Agile for issue tracking and documentation.
