Branding Manager – ICE & New Energy Vehicles

About the role

Geely Auto Mexico is seeking a Branding Manager to lead brand strategy and marketing execution for its internal combustion engine (ICE) and new energy vehicle (NEV) portfolio across the Mexican market. The role combines creativity, project management, and agency coordination to strengthen brand presence and drive impactful campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of annual marketing plans aligned with Geely Mexico’s brand strategy.
• Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and adapt global assets for the Mexican market.
• Develop campaign briefs, communication guidelines, and manage 360° integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, digital, BTL, PR, CRM, and dealer channels.
• Act as primary contact for external partners (creative agencies, production houses, research agencies, freelancers), handling briefs, reviews, timelines, budgets, and quality control.
• Coordinate new vehicle launch activities, including press events, dealer communications, marketing toolkits, POS materials, sales presentations, and customer journey messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in brand marketing, advertising or integrated marketing, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Proven ability to manage multiple agencies and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and media performance metrics.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
