Business Controlling Analyst LATAM

About the role

The Business Controlling Analyst LATAM supports the financial management and performance of the Health & Medical business across Latin America. The role ensures accurate financial information, strong business insights, and effective decision‑making for the regional unit.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in regional financial reporting, monthly close, annual budgeting, periodic forecasts and long‑range strategic planning.
• Validate financial data uploaded to the corporate reporting system (AARO) and maintain regional budgets and forecasts.
• Consolidate and analyse P&L and working‑capital information from LATAM countries, preparing executive presentations for management.
• Analyse financial performance, identify trends, risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Serve as liaison between Global Health & Medical, the LATAM Business Unit and local country teams, monitoring action plans.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards covering sales, margin, operating expenses and working capital.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance, controlling or financial analysis, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with global, regional and local stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Latin American markets and business practices.

Required skills

• Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation.
• Advanced Excel for financial modelling and analysis.
• PowerPoint for preparing executive presentations.
• Experience with corporate reporting systems (e.g., AARO).
