About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Coordinator to grow our referral network within the healthcare sector. In this fully remote, full‑time position you will connect with physicians, specialists, pediatricians, and medical practices to generate new partnership opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential referral partners in the healthcare field.
• Make high‑volume outbound calls to introduce our services and explain partnership value.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on referral leads.
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with referral partners.
• Track outreach activity, leads, and follow‑ups accurately in the CRM.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, lead generation, business development, or outbound calling.
