Business Development Executive – Fintech International Markets

About the role

Black Trader is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to help expand its fintech trading platform across high‑growth international markets. You will be the first point of contact for prospective corporate clients, institutional brokers, and proprietary trading firms, driving lead generation and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Research and map potential clients in target countries (Mexico, Cyprus, South Africa, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Pakistan).
• Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, cold email, databases and industry channels.
• Initiate outreach, adapt communication to different time zones, and understand client brokerage setups.
• Present Black Trader’s trading solutions, articulating value propositions to decision‑makers.
• Maintain accurate lead records, outreach activities and follow‑up schedules in the company CRM.
• Assist senior management with business proposals, contracts and sales presentations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor platforms and regional regulatory updates.
• Nurture relationships with prospects to keep Black Trader top‑of‑mind and coordinate deal closure.

Required profile

• 0‑3+ years of experience in sales, business development or related fields (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones and adapt outreach schedules.
• Strong analytical mindset to assess client needs and market dynamics.
