Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to join an internationally acclaimed multi‑asset broker. The role focuses on expanding market presence across Latin America, building strategic partnerships, and supporting regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyse market trends, opportunities and competitive landscape.
• Manage and coordinate business development activities across the LATAM region.
• Travel to various LATAM markets to lead events and represent the firm.
• Support and train staff at HFM’s offices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, both remotely and in person.
• Develop and execute business development plans, including market entry strategies, sales campaigns and partnership initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement business strategies.
• Negotiate and finalise agreements with affiliates and partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development and sales.
• Willingness to travel extensively across LATAM countries.
• Experience working in or with LATAM markets (strong advantage).
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and results‑oriented mindset.
