About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead enterprise sales for a unified payments and financial operations platform. This remote‑first position focuses on acquiring new customers and expanding strategic accounts across the fintech and payments ecosystem in Mexico.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing of complex, high‑value deals.
  • Generate and maintain a robust pipeline through outbound outreach, networking and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop consultative sales strategies that address client challenges and showcase platform value.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product and Customer Success to ensure seamless delivery and feedback.
  • Contribute to sales playbook refinement, Ideal Customer Profile definition and accurate forecasting.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in enterprise or strategic B2B sales, preferably within fintech, payments or SaaS.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a high‑performance environment.
  • Ability to manage long, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles and conduct technical evaluations.
  • Highly proactive, self‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ambiguous, remote setting.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a bias toward action and continuous learning.
