Business Development Manager

About the role

XTransfer is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth of its cross‑border trade payment platform in Mexico. The role focuses on connecting Chinese and Mexican companies, delivering end‑to‑end financial solutions, and expanding the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify opportunities with Chinese‑Mexican trade and e‑commerce firms operating in Mexico.
• Offer a one‑stop cross‑border financial suite, including local accounts, FX, settlement, tax refunds and same‑name top‑ups.
• Establish partnerships with factories, logistics providers, chambers of commerce, freight forwarders and customs agencies.
• Work closely with product, risk and back‑office teams to tailor solutions, improve customer satisfaction and increase market penetration.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 1 year of business development or B2B sales experience in Mexico, with solid knowledge of the local business environment.
• Background in factories, trade, e‑commerce or related supply‑chain sectors, preferably in cross‑border trade.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork and execution abilities.
• Highly self‑motivated, resilient and capable of independently building sales channels.
