Business Development Representative – Latin America (Remote)

About the role

Polis Consulting is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to drive growth across Latin America, focusing on Mexico and expanding opportunities in Colombia, Argentina, and Chile. This fully remote, full‑time position will involve building a pipeline of new clients for the company’s marketing technology portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify target companies and decision‑makers in the assigned markets.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings.
• Present Polis Consulting’s solutions and support product demos with consulting and product teams.
• Maintain accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM.
• Prepare introductory commercial materials and assist in proposal development.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, events, and account‑based initiatives.
• Gather market intelligence and feedback to refine go‑to‑market strategy.

Required profile

• Native‑level Spanish with strong command of English.
• Deep knowledge of the Mexican business environment and familiarity with other Latin American markets.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable opening doors and building new relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
