Business Development Representative – Mexico

About the role

Arrive Logistics is expanding its cross‑border services between Mexico, the U.S., and Canada. As a Business Development Representative focused on Mexico, you will drive growth by identifying high‑volume accounts, building relationships with key decision‑makers, and delivering competitive logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Mexico‑based decision makers.
• Negotiate rates and volumes for a variety of transportation services.
• Increase contractual freight volume through formal RFPs and mini‑bids.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Represent Arrive at conferences and industry events in Mexico.
• Collaborate with mid‑level and senior Business Development leadership.
• Own the Quarterly Business Review process and present critical metrics.
• Establish best‑in‑class Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and manage mission‑critical issues.
• Prepare Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and work with operations to implement them.
• Partner with the cross‑border partnerships and client solutions teams on pricing strategy.
• Participate in RFP strategy discussions with internal and external contacts.
• Work with the Implementation Manager to create SOPs and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Manage daily operations of non‑contractual accounts and drive consistency.
• Support initiatives to improve customer service in collaboration with carrier representatives.
• Provide market insights and trends to internal stakeholders.
• Mentor junior sales team members as needed.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in cross‑border customer sales.
• 2+ years of cross‑border operations experience (preferred).
• Bilingual with full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to work closely with a sales floor and sales management.
