Business Development Representative – Mid-Market & Enterprise

About the role

We are scaling our outbound engine to meet growing demand for critical‑parts logistics. As a Business Development Representative you will open doors at mid‑market and enterprise companies that rely on equipment uptime, positioning our service supply chain solutions as the go‑to option.

Key responsibilities

• Own a defined territory of ideal‑fit accounts and manage them as a portfolio.
• Design and execute multichannel outbound sequences (LinkedIn, email, phone, text) tailored to each account.
• Conduct first‑call discovery conversations with directors and VPs of service, operations, and supply chain.
• Qualify need, fit, and timing, then hand off qualified opportunities to Business Development Directors with full context.
• Provide feedback on messaging, sequencing, and target selection to continuously improve the playbook.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience selling supply‑chain, logistics, or transportation outsourcing services.
• Proven track record prospecting into mid‑market and enterprise accounts.
• Comfortable using a modern CRM as the primary operating system.
• Bachelor’s degree and polished, persuasive English communication skills.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or comparable CRM platform) proficiency.
• General CRM expertise for managing pipelines and activities.
