Business Intelligence Consultant – Tableau & Data Visualization

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Business Intelligence Consultant to lead data visualization initiatives across LATAM markets. The role focuses on designing scalable data pipelines and delivering interactive Tableau dashboards that drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimise data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows using Python, SQL and Snowflake.
• Create and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards, executive scorecards and self‑service reporting solutions; Power BI preferred.
• Perform data validation, quality assurance and governance activities.
• Conduct performance tuning of large datasets, SQL queries and BI reports.
• Analyse business requirements, translate them into analytical solutions and present actionable insights.
• Document technical specifications, maintain project documentation and share knowledge.
• Provide L0/L1 production support, troubleshoot issues and perform root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and data visualization.
• Strong expertise with Tableau; experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Proficient in Python, advanced SQL and Snowflake; familiarity with dbt is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data models.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
