Business Intelligence Team Leader - Phone Collections

About the role

The Business Intelligence Team Leader will drive analytical strategy, data quality, and operational insights across KYC, Fraud, Risk and Collections. You will lead a team of BI Specialists to deliver accurate reports, dashboards, forecasts and incentive calculations that support data‑based decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and supervise BI Specialists across KYC, Fraud and Collections.
• Oversee daily and weekly deliverables, ensuring accuracy, consistency and on‑time delivery of reports and dashboards.
• Establish quality‑control processes for data validation, report integrity and metric accuracy.
• Design, simulate and implement performance bonus schemes aligned with OKRs, budgets and corporate policies.
• Maintain governance and documentation of incentive models for audit and transparency.
• Supervise the creation of new metrics and dashboards, standardising definitions and methodologies.
• Connect analytical findings across operational areas to identify inter‑dependencies and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Data Engineering and R&D teams to validate new data sources.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading BI or analytics teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to analyse trends and root‑cause deviations.
• Excellent communication skills to act as a bridge between operations, risk and product teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on data integrity and metric traceability.
