Business Process Consultant – Remote (Mexico)

About the role

Atos Group is seeking a Business Process Consultant to join its AI & Analytics practice. Working remotely from anywhere in Mexico, you will partner with clients to analyse, redesign and optimise their business processes, ensuring they align with organisational goals and ServiceNow best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops with sponsors, stakeholders and SMEs to capture current (as‑is) and future (to‑be) processes.
• Document business requirements, functional specifications, gap analyses, process flow diagrams and user stories for both Agile and Waterfall projects.
• Collaborate with project managers to keep delivery on schedule and within budget.
• Prioritise and refine backlog items, support estimation and define clear acceptance criteria.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, helping resolve challenges and ensuring smooth sprint execution.
• Assist in creating detailed test scenarios and support testing activities.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience facilitating workshops and translating business needs into technical artefacts.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery models.

Required skills

• ServiceNow platform knowledge.
