Buyer – Mobility Aftermarket

About the role

The Mobility Aftermarket Buyer will ensure the supply of wiper components for several Bosch plants in Mexico. This position combines commercial and project purchasing responsibilities, supporting Bosch's global mobility solutions portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute supplier strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Select cost‑effective, qualified suppliers and negotiate prices and conditions.
• Maintain and update SAP master data, manage new supplier setups and plant extensions.
• Perform bottom‑up financial planning for parts, track cost development, and report variances.
• Support supplier capacity planning, handle logistics escalations, and ensure compliance and risk management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to align the supply chain.
• Lead supplier‑driven change projects such as RPP, SCR, ECR, localization, and resourcing.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain management, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Strong negotiation abilities and proven relationship‑building skills with suppliers.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Required skills

• SAP (master data management and procurement modules).
