Buyer / Planner III

About the role

Regal Rexnord is hiring a Buyer/Planner III for a fully onsite position at its designated office in Apodaca. The role manages the purchasing of materials, components, services and supplies needed by the operation, ensuring availability, competitive cost, quality and on-time delivery through supplier management and negotiation. It supports supply continuity, cost reduction, supplier performance, inventory optimization and customer service, aligned with Plant 1 business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the purchasing process for assigned materials and components.
• Create and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs).
• Review requirements and delivery dates based on production needs.
• Ensure timely material availability to prevent operational disruptions.
• Monitor open purchase orders and supplier delivery commitments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or a related field, preferably Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain Management or International Business.
• At least 3 years of experience in purchasing / procurement, supply chain, materials planning or supplier management.
• Intermediate to advanced English, especially for communicating with suppliers and global teams.

Required skills

• Purchasing and procurement processes, supplier negotiation and quotation analysis.
• Supply chain principles, inventory management and cost analysis.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel.
• ERP / MRP systems, with expertise in SAP.
• Supplier performance metrics and knowledge of manufacturing processes.
