C-Level Executive Headhunter (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned C‑Level Executive Headhunter to join BairesDev’s global recruiting team. In this fully remote position you will lead the full‑cycle search for senior‑level executives, partnering with Fortune 500 leaders and high‑growth startups to place top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment for C‑suite, VP and department head roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and presenting candidates.
• Provide a tailored, high‑touch experience for executive candidates, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal hiring leaders, HR business partners and market influencers.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified senior executives.

Required profile

• Native or proficient English communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience, with a proven track record in executive or C‑level search.
• Excellent interpersonal, listening and persuasion abilities.
• Self‑managed, results‑oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
