About the role
Coforge is seeking a motivated Call Center Agent to provide inbound banking support to customers in Mexico. You will handle calls in both English and Spanish, delivering accurate information and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Provide accurate details on banking products, services, and policies.
- Resolve inquiries on the first contact and avoid unnecessary transfers.
- Enter, update, and verify customer data in internal systems.
- Complete required documentation and request forms.
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities where appropriate.
- Suggest process improvements to boost productivity and satisfaction.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to internal policies.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or a call‑center environment.
- B2 level English proficiency (mandatory) and fluency in Spanish.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication and professional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced onsite environment, Monday to Saturday, 6:00 AM‑4:00 PM.
Required skills
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry and call tracking.
