Campus Recruiter – Americas Delivery Mexico

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Campus Recruiter to join our Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) team in Queretaro. In this position you will lead full‑life‑cycle recruiting for Deloitte’s technology services, focusing on university talent and building strong relationships with academic institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end recruiting for experienced technology roles across the Americas Delivery Mexico.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with universities, student organizations, and career centers.
• Plan and coordinate campus events such as job fairs, branding sessions, panels, and ambassador programs.
• Act as a talent seedbed within target universities, creating pipelines of qualified candidates.
• Conduct proactive market research and nurture candidate networks.
• Serve as a brand ambassador to promote the Deloitte/ADMX employer brand.
• Manage candidate experience as the primary point of contact.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to design sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in campus recruiting, university relations, talent acquisition, or HR.
• Based in Queretaro or willing to relocate.
• Knowledge of the Queretaro university market.
• Experience with high‑volume hiring and event planning.
