Client Engagement and Development Director LATAM

About the role

As the Client Engagement and Development Director for LATAM, you will partner with the General Manager and the US Client Engagement team to shape and execute a comprehensive clienteling strategy across all client tiers. Your work will directly support Dior’s ambition to become the most desirable luxury brand in Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit new clients and nurture relationships within local communities.
• Develop high‑potential mid‑tier clients by fostering a culture of strategic engagement across the team.
• Grow existing top‑tier client relationships in collaboration with the Client Relations team.
• Act as an ambassador for Dior’s top clients, both locally and globally, ensuring brand standards are upheld.
• Drive store sales and KPIs, including planned business, mid‑tier client growth, and top‑client revenue.
• Collaborate with Retail Operations, Excellence, Special Projects, Training, and Stores teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of retail management experience in the luxury or hospitality sector.
• Advanced English proficiency; Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong commercial creativity, initiative, and a deep understanding of luxury client expectations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems and general IT tools.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment.
