Client Success Advisor – GRC Platform

About the role

Diligent is seeking an experienced Client Success Advisor to work with key accounts, drive platform adoption, and identify expansion opportunities. The role blends governance, risk, and compliance expertise with a customer‑centric mindset to ensure clients achieve tangible business value from the Diligent One Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance on configuring, customizing, and optimizing the GRC platform to align with client processes and objectives.
• Conduct in‑depth assessments of client GRC requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with clients on roadmaps, governance, risk, and compliance implementations within the platform.
• Monitor adoption, identify at‑risk clients, and drive increased usage of software modules.
• Partner with Product, Customer Success, Support, and Sales teams to feed client use cases into platform improvements.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices, sharing insights as a subject‑matter expert.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of client‑facing experience in legal, audit, risk, or compliance environments.
• Adaptive mindset with a proven ability to demonstrate tangible business value.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple engagements.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.
