About the role
This full‑time Clinic RN position supports the Arkansas Women’s Center by providing direct patient care during a regular day shift. You will work Monday‑Thursday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, ensuring smooth clinic operations and high‑quality patient experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare patients for examinations, procedures, and minor surgeries.
- Assist the physician with clinical procedures and minor surgical interventions.
- Perform diagnostic tests and deliver patient education on health topics.
- Maintain and troubleshoot clinic equipment.
- Act as liaison between the physician, hospitals, nursing homes, DME companies, pharmacies, HMOs, other offices, and patients.
- Support fellow medical staff to keep patient flow efficient.
Required profile
- Current RN license in good standing (Arkansas or multi‑state license that includes Arkansas).
- CPR certification.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (required for lab duties).
- Previous clinical experience preferred.
