Clinical Community Analyst

About the role

ICON is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation. As a Clinical Community Analyst in Mexico City, you will lead and manage projects, ensuring their successful execution and delivery of project objectives. The role covers overseeing project and programme management workstreams so that deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans focused on achieving project goals and objectives
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement project activities successfully
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and define project scope
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Drive the development of project documentation and reports presented clearly to stakeholders
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate best practices into project management

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• Extensive project management experience with a proven track record of leading projects in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including managing and mentoring teams
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based

• Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
