Clinical Engagement Lead – Latin America

About the role

Beeline Medicines is seeking a senior, field‑based Clinical Engagement Lead to drive investigator and site relationships across Latin America. The role serves as the primary liaison between Beeline’s clinical development teams and external research sites, supporting trial identification, engagement, and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify clinical sites and investigators throughout Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico and other LATAM territories.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with investigators, academic medical centers and research sites.
• Facilitate site activation, enrollment, and ongoing trial execution for I&I therapeutic programs.
• Provide field intelligence to internal Clinical Development and Medical Affairs teams.
• Represent Beeline’s scientific portfolio with authority at external meetings and conferences.
• Travel regularly within the assigned geography and attend company‑wide events as needed.

Required profile

• Senior‑level clinical development professional with extensive experience in site‑facing roles.
• Deep understanding of clinical trial operations and the I&I therapeutic area.
• Proven ability to work independently across a broad, multi‑country region.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with external investigators.
