Clinical Engagement Lead – Mexico

About the role

Beeline Medicines is seeking a senior, field‑based Clinical Engagement Lead to manage investigator and site relationships across Mexico and other LATAM territories. The role serves as the primary liaison between the company and global clinical investigators, academic medical centers, and research sites, supporting site identification, investigator engagement, and trial execution.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with investigators, academic centers, and research sites.
• Act as the main site‑facing liaison for the organization’s clinical development and medical affairs teams.
• Support site identification, investigator engagement, and execution of clinical trials.
• Provide field intelligence to internal teams to inform strategy and operations.
• Represent Beeline’s scientific portfolio with authority and credibility.
• Travel regularly within the assigned territory and attend company meetings or training as needed.

Required profile

• Senior‑level clinical development professional with extensive site‑facing experience.
• Deep knowledge of immunology and inflammation therapeutic areas.
• Strong relationship‑management and communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of clinical trial operations and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work independently across a broad geographic region.
