COE Accounting Analyst

About the role

The COE Accounting Analyst will work closely with cross‑functional teams to execute month‑end close processes, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Reporting to the COE Accounting Manager, this position offers exposure to the company’s global operations and a chance to develop deep accounting expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Execute journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and prepare management reports according to the monthly close schedule.
• Conduct balance‑sheet and income‑statement variance analysis and produce supplemental reporting schedules.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, corporate accounting policies, and documentation standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors for statutory and local audit requirements of foreign subsidiaries.
• Collaborate with FP&A analysts to record accruals and support P&L reviews versus budget.
• Provide accounting support for finance programs, ensuring high‑quality accruals and reconciliations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Strong fundamental accounting knowledge and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Strong planning, problem‑solving abilities, and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment.
