Commercial Manager – Remote (Mexico City)

About the role

Pharmanovia is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead commercial execution across Mexico, Central America and South America. Reporting to the General Manager LATAM, you will drive sales performance, manage key accounts and support the company’s growth strategy in a dynamic, remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of the product portfolio, achieving annual top‑line and profitability targets.
• Monitor secondary sales and promotional activities across wholesalers, pharmacy chains, hospitals, tenders and other channels.
• Identify and implement new business opportunities, including product extensions and targeted marketing initiatives.
• Support regional business planning, budgeting, volume and profit forecasting.
• Maintain accurate sales processes, forecasting and reporting from partners.
• Build and nurture relationships with partners, key opinion leaders and specialist prescribers.
• Stay informed on market trends, economic indicators and competitive landscape.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record of high sales achievement, preferably with off‑patent, branded generics or specialty products.
• Experience managing key accounts and developing profitable partnerships.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to meet revenue and profit targets.
