Community Manager

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Community Manager to lead and grow our vibrant online and offline communities. This full‑time remote position will involve crafting engagement strategies, moderating discussions, and curating content that reflects our inclusive and creative culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute community engagement plans across multiple platforms.
• Moderate conversations, ensure respectful interaction, and address member inquiries.
• Curate and create content that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and promotional activities.
• Analyze community feedback and metrics to inform continuous improvement.
• Organize and coordinate virtual and in‑person events that foster connection.

Required profile

• Proven experience in community management, audience engagement, or related fields.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and active‑listening abilities.
• Organizational and project‑management competence.
• Passion for inclusive, dynamic community environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline (preferred).
