Digital Marketing Leader – Consumer Business Group (Mexico City)

About the role

Collaborate with innovative 3Mers worldwide as the Digital Marketing Leader for the Consumer Business Group in Latin America. You will drive the development, execution, and optimization of digital marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, consumer engagement, and business performance across multiple consumer brands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of paid digital campaigns, always‑on activities, social engagement initiatives, and digital ecosystem enhancements across websites, social media, product catalogs, and eCommerce touchpoints.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Integrated Marketing, shopper and channel marketing, consumer insights, media agencies, content partners, and portfolio leaders to align digital initiatives with brand objectives.
• Connect digital strategy, content creation, campaign execution, and performance optimization into a consistent consumer experience that supports awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention.
• Manage and mentor three contingent workers based in Brazil to accelerate digital execution and strengthen brand presence across key Latin American markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing and/or eCommerce, preferably within fast‑moving consumer goods or digital agency environments, with proven regional team management.
• Strong business proficiency in English (written and verbal), fluency in Spanish, and Portuguese preferred.
