Key Account Manager – Digital & Direct Marketing

About the role

The Key Account Manager for Digital and Direct Marketing at AIG Mexico will drive growth with existing sponsors and acquire new commercial partners. The role balances hunter and farmer activities, using data‑driven decisions to execute campaigns and achieve KPI targets.

Key responsibilities

• Execute hunter strategy to close new commercial agreements, present value proposals, negotiate terms and lead implementation.
• Manage farmer duties by overseeing the sponsor’s assigned budget and maximizing revenue through cross‑selling and up‑selling.
• Develop and execute sponsor sales & marketing plans, propose new ideas, products and distribution channels.
• Conduct monthly campaign analysis, monitor KPIs, and recommend corrective actions to the DDM Manager.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Claims, Marketing, Call Center) for campaign implementation and performance tracking.
• Control profit & loss of campaigns, ensure timely launch, and manage digital platform execution.

Required profile

• Self‑driven with strong verbal and written communication in Spanish and English.
• Strong customer management, analytical, and campaign management skills.
• Goal‑oriented, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strategic, innovative thinker with a collaborative mindset.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) and at least 3 years experience in insurance, financial services or consumer goods.
