Integrated Marketing Specialist

About the role

Join AIG as an Integrated Marketing Specialist supporting AIG Mexico and the Miami Facultative Desk. You will execute integrated marketing initiatives across digital channels and broker engagement activities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute digital and content marketing campaigns, social media, website updates, email communications and editorial calendars.
• Create engaging content, presentations and short‑form videos aligned with AIG brand standards.
• Coordinate broker and client events in Mexico and regional Facultative markets, handling logistics, vendors, budgets and post‑event reporting.
• Partner with Distribution and business leaders to develop content marketing initiatives supporting commercial priorities.
• Manage external agencies and suppliers, ensuring quality, consistency and on‑time delivery.
• Track campaign and event performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field.
• 3‑5 years of B2B marketing experience with a strong focus on digital marketing and event management.
• Experience managing agencies, multiple stakeholders and simultaneous projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational skills, creativity, commercial mindset and attention to detail.
