Channel Portfolio Marketing Manager

About the role

The Channel Portfolio Marketing Manager develops and leads category strategy across assigned channels to drive revenue growth, profitable demand generation, market share gains, and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute promotional strategies and annual calendars that drive revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, and market share growth.
• Lead planning, prioritization, and optimization of promotional investments across products, categories, customers, and channel partners.
• Design promotional frameworks, pricing strategies, bundles, incentives, and customer‑facing offers.
• Partner with Channel Account, Sales, Product Marketing, and Finance to build business cases and annual growth plans.
• Analyze performance, customer behavior, sales trends, and competitive activities to improve investment effectiveness.
• Establish KPIs, measurement methodologies, and reporting processes to evaluate ROI.
• Manage promotional budgets, co‑marketing funds, and ensure financial discipline.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, communications or related field.
• 6‑10 years of experience in channel marketing, promotional strategy, sales, category or revenue management.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with proven ROI evaluation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in English (C1‑C2).
• Ability to travel as required (visa required).
