MarTech Analyst

About the role

Amex GBT is seeking a hands‑on MarTech Analyst to support the day‑to‑day operation, maintenance, and optimisation of its marketing technology stack. You will work closely with marketing, sales and product teams to keep platforms running smoothly and turn data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of MarTech stack enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with stakeholder strategies.
• Configure, fix and maintain core platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense and Workfront.
• Manage vendor relationships to guarantee accurate stack utilisation and core functionality.
• Build and maintain audience segments in CDP and marketing automation platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, deliver reporting and analytics, and provide actionable insights.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on MarTech platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years experience in Marketing Operations, B2B marketing or CDP marketing.
• Strong analytical, organisational and project‑management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce.
• Hands‑on experience with Marketo.
• Hands‑on experience with 6sense.
• Hands‑on experience with Workfront.
• Familiarity with Snowflake or other CDP platforms.
