Compensation & Benefits Manager

About the role

We are looking for a regional Compensation & Benefits Manager to ensure our salary structures, collective bargaining costs, and social welfare plans remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives across all manufacturing sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the evaluation and periodic updating of organizational structures using standardized job‑evaluation methods.
• Define and maintain salary and wage scales, adjusting them for location, plant size, production indicators, and labor‑market trends.
• Coordinate cost analysis of Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) and ensure alignment with operating budgets.
• Prepare, consolidate, and monitor the annual labor budget, reporting monthly deviations and recommending corrective actions.
• Design and implement variable incentive models and productivity bonuses linked to key performance indicators.
• Manage social welfare plans, guaranteeing compliance with tax regulations and budget limits.
• Ensure full compliance with labor, tax, and social‑security obligations through government platforms (IMSS, SAT, INFONAVIT) and internal audits.
• Develop, document, and oversee global compensation and benefits policies, integrating them into the HRIS.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Psychology, Finance or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in compensation within corporate or manufacturing environments.
• Intermediate English (spoken and written).
• Solid experience in payroll costing and designing productivity incentive models.
• Proficiency in job‑evaluation methodologies and compensation‑policy design.
• Current knowledge of Mexican labor, income‑tax, and social‑security laws.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
