Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with outstanding people skills to help us attract top‑tier talent. In this role, you will be the face of our company, identifying future hiring needs and guiding candidates through our selection process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct phone and on‑site interviews to assess candidates against company requisitions, focusing on skills and knowledge.
• Maintain a documented talent pipeline, tracking applications through phone screenings and status updates.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify specific hiring needs and define role requirements.
• Evaluate applicants’ knowledge, skills, and work experience to select the best fit for each position.
• Manage onboarding processes, including background checks, preparing employment offers, and assisting new hires.
• Promote employee retention by delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Required profile

• Minimum B2+ English proficiency.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws to ensure compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
