Operations Consultant

About the role

Zurich Capability Center is expanding its Contingent Workforce & Supplier Governance team and seeks an Operations Consultant to support North America programs. The role bridges engagement managers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth end‑to‑end third‑party governance and contingent workforce processes.

Key responsibilities

• Review, manage and approve Statements of Work in partnership with project managers, procurement, VMO and suppliers.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities, validate rates and drive process discipline across the contingent workforce program.
• Maintain ongoing support for contingent workers, including timesheets, performance discussions and issue resolution.
• Generate operational reports using Beeline and OneTrust to provide accurate program visibility.
• Lead cross‑functional projects, develop AI‑enabled automation solutions and manage the program mailbox and ticketing system.
• Develop and deliver training content for engagement managers and suppliers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience in insurance or operations, or equivalent high‑school diploma with 6+ years.
• Demonstrated project‑management experience.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with all organizational levels.

Required skills

• Experience with Vendor Management Systems such as Beeline.
• Proficiency in OneTrust for third‑party governance.
• Data analysis and reporting using Power BI.
• Knowledge of AI‑enabled process automation.
