Sr Recruiter

About the role

The Senior Recruiter will partner with HR Business Partners, hiring managers and other stakeholders to design and execute sourcing strategies that attract top talent for engineering, industrial and medical positions across Advanced Energy. This role is critical for building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and ensuring a fast, high‑quality hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, social recruiting, referrals, LinkedIn, job boards and campus initiatives.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide coaching throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone and in‑person interviews, and apply behavioral interviewing techniques.
• Manage relationships with third‑party vendors and coordinate with HR Generalists and Business Partners on offer packages and salary negotiations.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics, and participate in special projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, including senior‑level and individual contributor roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast‑paced, global environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or a related field.
