Comprador – Responsable de Compras

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Buyer to manage authorized purchases of goods and services, ensuring competitive pricing, quality, timely delivery and tax compliance. The role supports internal customers by applying the department’s policies and processes efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and process purchase requisitions approved by various departments.
• Generate purchase orders and monitor them until goods or services are received.
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best price, quality and delivery terms.
• Ensure all purchases comply with tax regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate records in SAP and report on procurement activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management Engineering or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with SAP.
