Construction Manager

About the role

Haskell is looking for a senior Construction Manager to lead field operations on design‑build and EPC projects across Mexico. You will act as the primary interface with the owner’s on‑site representatives, overseeing all Haskell personnel and ensuring safety, quality, cost and schedule targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Review architectural and engineering design documents to improve constructability and reduce warranty issues.
• Provide pricing, scope and scheduling input to the Project Director.
• Plan, sequence and schedule construction activities in collaboration with superintendents and subcontractors.
• Manage the project schedule, conduct site meetings and issue updated schedules.
• Coordinate with the BIM Integration Manager to develop and maintain a 3D BIM model.
• Supervise installation and commissioning of client systems, ensuring compliance with client and Haskell standards.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in senior field leadership on construction or EPC projects.
• Proven ability to work closely with owners, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently and relocate as project demands require.
• Strong understanding of construction equipment, manufacturing and process systems.

Required skills

• BIM (Building Information Modeling) proficiency.
