Consumables Category Account Manager – TikTok Commerce

About the role

The Consumables Category Account Manager will lead TikTok’s commerce expansion in the beauty and personal care segment across Mexico. You will be responsible for attracting top‑tier brands, guiding them onto the platform, and shaping their long‑term growth strategy within TikTok’s ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit leading beauty and personal care business partners in Mexico to join TikTok Commerce.
• Onboard partners, assist with product uploads, provide technical support, and help with product selection.
• Develop and execute TikTok‑focused content strategies using partners’ in‑house teams, agencies, and influencers.
• Collaborate with partners to create medium‑ and long‑term commerce plans covering product assortment, campaigns, and new product launches.
• Drive improvements in product and service quality to strengthen the overall platform ecosystem.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 2 years experience in the beauty and personal care industry and at least 1 year in e‑commerce.
• Deep knowledge of the Mexican market, regulatory environment, leading brands and current trends.
• Results‑oriented, self‑motivated, and accountable.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to set clear goals and track progress.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
