Consumer Insights Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Consumer Insights Consultant to lead end‑to‑end market research projects for our global clients. The role combines quantitative and qualitative research methods to translate business questions into actionable intelligence that drives AI‑assisted decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret client briefs and define research approaches that address business objectives.
• Independently manage primary research projects, including questionnaire design, supplier selection, and project execution.
• Collaborate with insight managers to develop research methodologies, brief suppliers, and oversee deliverables.
• Analyze collected data, synthesize findings, and draft insight‑rich reports that tell a clear story.
• Review vendor‑provided reports to ensure alignment with client goals and quality standards.
• Produce ad‑testing, brand‑lift, and other specialized studies as required.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery and maintain project quality.
• Continuously update knowledge of research techniques and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in market research, with proven expertise in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to design surveys, conduct ad‑testing and brand‑lift studies, and translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Strong project‑management skills and ownership of deliverable quality and timelines.
