Content & AI Visibility Specialist

About the role

Confience is looking for a Content & AI Visibility Specialist to shape how its LIMS solutions appear in AI‑generated answers. This role sits at the crossroads of content marketing and generative AI, focusing on ensuring that Confience is cited by large language models such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Generative Answer Optimization (GAO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategy to boost citation frequency in LLM‑generated answers.
• Audit current LLM citation rates, set benchmarks, and define measurable targets for LIMS‑related keywords.
• Research and apply emerging best practices for structuring content so it is retrieved and cited by generative AI systems.
• Monitor AI search landscape changes, model updates, and retrieval behavior shifts, adapting the strategy accordingly.
• Build systematic testing and measurement cadence, including prompt libraries, citation tracking, and competitive benchmarking.
• Create authoritative long‑form guides, comparison pages, FAQ hubs, glossaries, and thought‑leadership pieces designed for AI retrieval and human trust.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of how large language models retrieve, rank, and cite information.
• Experience in content marketing, SEO, or related disciplines with a focus on AI‑driven discovery.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with revenue marketing, product marketing, sales, and subject‑matter experts.
• Strong analytical mindset to measure citation frequency and iterate on strategy.
