Continuous Improvement Lead – Global Manufacturing

About the role

SolomonEdwards is seeking a senior Continuous Improvement Lead to partner with a leading global manufacturing organization. You will drive enterprise‑wide improvement initiatives, applying Lean Six Sigma, data analytics, and operational‑excellence strategies to boost productivity and reduce variation across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional global teams through the DMAIC cycle to eliminate waste and identify value‑adding opportunities.
• Support productivity initiatives and help sites meet annual performance targets.
• Promote data‑based decision‑making across transactional and manufacturing processes.
• Analyze data, uncover root causes, and recommend predictive and preventive actions.
• Provide training and coaching on Lean, Six Sigma tools, and data analysis.
• Develop sustainability plans to embed improvements into daily operations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to translate business objectives into actionable projects.
• Lead digitalization and automation projects that enhance efficiency, predictive maintenance, and process performance.
• Standardize best practices and implement performance‑management frameworks with KPI tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Operations Management or related field.
• 10–20 years of manufacturing experience applying Lean Six Sigma.
• Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt or Master Black Belt preferred.
• Proven success leading continuous‑improvement programs across multiple locations.
