Contract Manager – Hotel Contracts (Mexico)

About the role

WebBeds is seeking a Contract Manager to lead hotel contract negotiations across Mexico. You will be responsible for building a competitive portfolio of hotel partners, ensuring optimal pricing, availability and revenue performance for the region.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and secure hotel contracts that meet company KPIs for mix, pricing, and revenue.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners aligned with WebBeds’ strategic goals.
• Monitor contracted hotel performance, addressing pricing, availability or quality issues.
• Conduct market research to identify expansion opportunities and maintain competitiveness.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to design and execute effective contracting strategies.
• Analyse destination performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel account management or a similar travel‑industry role.
• Deep knowledge of the Mexican hospitality market and its dynamics.
• Track record of meeting revenue targets in a competitive environment.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to the region are a plus.
