Controls Technician

About the role

The Controls Technician is responsible for executing technical duties and activities within defined time frames while contributing to projects that enhance overall process and technical efficiency. This role supports the continuous improvement of manufacturing operations and ensures that control systems operate reliably.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical duties and activities within prescribed time frames.
• Participate in projects aimed at improving process and technical efficiency.
• Train new personnel on standard operating procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of information and materials.
• Identify problems proactively and propose remedial actions.
• Provide periodic status reports in written and verbal formats.
• Interact with peers and supervisors to ensure continuity and efficiency.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 1‑3 years of relevant work experience.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree (desired).
• Successful track record of performance in previous roles (desired).
